So apparently Ford, Hamill and Fisher are all coming back for Star Wars VII

That movie is going to have the biggest opening week EVER.

Personally, I’m excited that they are all coming back to reprise their roles.  At the same time, I’m hesitant to see aged versions of their characters, especially as it could all go wrong, you know what I mean? It has to be handled just right or else.

Here’s hoping it will be as epic as it’s starting to sound!

Harrison Ford Open to Returning as Han Solo in Sequel Trilogy

According to Starwarsunderworld.com:

For years, fans have heard Harrison Ford dismiss his role as Han Solo, saying he wished the character was dead and that he would never return to the role.  However, with the announcement that Disney and Lucasfilm plan on releasing Star Wars Episode VII in 2015, Ford may be changing his tune.  An insider source told Entertainment Weekly that “Harrison is open to the idea of doing the movie and he’s upbeat about it, all three of them (Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher) are”.  Mark Hamill has gone on record in the past saying he would return as Luke Skywalker, but it’s good to hear that Ford (and Fisher) would return too, if asked.

Well Mr. Ford certainly cleaned up pretty well for Indiana Jones 4, (which I have yet to see) though he probably will be playing a much less cocky, slower version of Han this time around.  The article says Mark Hamil and Carrie Fisher are also open to reprising their roles as the Skywalker twins – I’m not really surprised that Mr. Hamil is but I didn’t expect Ms. Fisher to want to replay Leia – from what I had heard, she hadn’t enjoyed playing Leia the first time around.

But of course the Star Wars fan in me is screaming how awesome it would be for all three of them to be in Star Wars 7.
